Zjoosh is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Store Manager to lead one of our Sydney North Area boutiques.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven retail leader who thrives on achieving sales budgets, driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team. You are passionate about retail, customer service, and leading others to achieve outstanding results.

You will have the opportunity to run your store with confidence while being supported by an experienced leadership team committed to your success through ongoing coaching, training, and collaboration.

Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity

  • 30–40 hours per week
  • Tuesday to Saturday roster
  • 4 or 5 days per week

The Role

As Store Manager, your primary focus will be driving sales performance, achieving store budgets, and growing business results through exceptional leadership and customer engagement.

You will lead a small team of 3 casual team members, creating a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture while ensuring the store consistently delivers an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed store sales budgets and KPIs.
  • Drive business growth through exceptional customer service and team performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 casual team members.
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
  • Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Manage stock control, inventory, receiving, and store operations.
  • Prepare rosters and ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Build strong customer relationships and local community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Head Office and the wider retail leadership team.

About You

You are an enthusiastic and inspiring retail leader who thrives on delivering results and creating a positive team environment. You will bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail management role.
  • A proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A hands-on approach and genuine enthusiasm for retail.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, gifting, or specialty retail will be highly regarded.
