Permanent Night Security Officers | $29.88 p/hr + incentives | Guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week

Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint are seeking friendly, customer-focused Security Officers to help keep the fun safe across Australia’s biggest theme park and one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic attractions.

These part-time positions predominantly work overnight shifts between 7:30pm and 8:00am, supporting the safety and security of our guests, team members, animals and assets.

What’s the role?

You’ll help maintain a safe and secure environment across the parks and venues through:

• Monitoring site access and conducting patrols
• Locking up buildings, gates and attractions
• Overnight safety checks, including fridge/freezer monitoring
• Animal welfare checks
• Responding to incidents and providing great customer service

The role involves walking and foot patrols across large outdoor areas throughout the shift, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be approachable, professional and confident working in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience required. To be considered, you’ll need:

• Current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed & Crowd Controller)
• Security Monitoring qualification highly regarded
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Current RSA certification
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and overnight shifts
