About the Role

Reporting to the Ethanol & Trading Business Manager, this role is responsible for managing and growing Wilmar’s national Industrial Ethanol and Trading Solvents portfolio.

You will manage a portfolio of key national accounts while also driving new business opportunities across industrial markets. The role is suited to a commercially driven professional who enjoys relationship management, strategic sales, and identifying growth opportunities.

This is a highly autonomous role where you will work with customers ranging from small businesses through to large multinational organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Wilmar’s key national customer accounts
  • Develop and execute sales and account growth strategies
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Build strong customer relationships across multiple industries
  • Maintain market intelligence on customers, competitors, and industry trends
  • Support forecasting, pricing, and sales planning activities
  • Manage pipeline activity and reporting through Salesforce.com
  • Represent Wilmar at customer meetings and industry events
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, quality, and customer service teams to deliver strong customer outcomes

About You

Essential

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Science, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior B2B sales or key account management
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation capability
  • CRM experience, ideally Salesforce.com
  • Current Driver Licence

Desirable

  • Experience within industrial, chemical, petrochemical, oil, or commodity industries
  • Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or trading environments
  • SAP or ERP system knowledge
