Connected by a shared Purpose - 'to create better experiences together for a better tomorrow'. That Purpose fuels our ambition to explore new ideas, make brave commitments, and innovate better ways to meet the food and everyday needs of more than 24 million customers every week.

What you’ll do

In this role you will support our Customer Communications tribe, shaping the way Woolworths connects with Everyday Rewards members and supermarket customers. Blending technical expertise with strategic collaboration, you will develop dynamic multi-channel targeted campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and incremental revenue:

  • Build and execute campaigns and test plans via multiple campaign channels, (including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and landing pages).

  • Manage complex, segmented lifecycle marketing journeys and automated trigger campaigns, ensuring meticulous QA, robust testing, and regulatory compliance.

  • Build email creatives via approved templates and using HTML, CSS and the scripting language AMPscript, unique to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Utilise collaborative creative designer web applications, such as Figma and Adobe XD, to ensure the quality of and retrieve images, videos, animations and creative assets for use in email campaigns, mobile device messaging and applications, and web content.

What you'll bring

You are an adaptable, detail-oriented technical specialist with a highly collaborative spirit. Thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing digital environment, you approach challenges with patience, lateral thinking, and a genuine eagerness to learn.

  • Proven experience building complex campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable (enterprise) marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Braze, Adobe Campaign).

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate technical concepts, build transparent relationships, and foster trust and collaboration across diverse, cross-functional squads.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a track record of executing error-free campaigns and rigorous QA protocols.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with an understanding of marketing automation and a passion for continually improving processes and customer journeys.

What you’ll experience

We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach. Our culture thrives on mutual respect, care, curiosity, openness, and a proactive attitude. We continually seek ways to pair, collaborate, support, and learn from each other as a team!

  • A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network

  • Commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in-person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams

  • A progressive and competitive leave policy that gives you more space for what matters to you, including but not limited to Study Leave and Sports Representation Leave

  • Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work
