We're a digital marketing agency in Manly and we're growing our social and content team. We're hiring across experience levels, so whether you're a junior ready to learn fast or a coordinator who wants to take real ownership of a client portfolio, we want to hear from you. What you'll actually be doing
Creating and managing content end-to-end across Reels, Stories, short-form video, and static, from ideation through to filming, editing, and publishing. You'll build and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts, contribute to organic social strategy, interpret performance data and turn it into clear actions, and bring fresh ideas to the table without being asked. You'll work closely with our Account Management and Design teams and hold your own in client conversations too.
What we're looking for
1 to 4+ years in social media, content creation, or a similar role, ideally with agency experience. You know Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok inside out and you're across the tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and scheduling platforms like Meta Business Suite or Rella. You're comfortable on location, confident in front of the camera when needed, and you know how to use AI tools to work smarter, not just faster.
A marketing background or understanding of how social sits within a broader marketing mix is a real advantage.
