Play a key role in how TAL builds and sustains trusted partnerships within our Wealth network by delivering exceptional service and meaningful client outcomes. This role sits at the heart of our commitment to being there for our partners and their customers—ensuring every interaction reflects quality, accountability and care. By strengthening relationships, aligning on shared goals and delivering on our promises, you’ll help drive long-term value and support TAL’s purpose of protecting Australians’ financial futures when it matters most.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive partner growth and long-term value
  • Identify and deliver initiatives that expand partnerships and align with shared business objectives
  • Build and manage strong partner relationships, ensuring trust and alignment with agreements
  • Ensure consistent delivery against service standards, resolving escalations to maintain partner confidence
  • Influence and align internal stakeholders to deliver seamless outcomes for partners
  • Leverage industry insight and commercial understanding to inform strategy and enhance partnership performance
