As our Finance Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in everything from reconciliation to reporting.

This is more than a back-office role. You’ll be a valued part of a passionate, growing team, working from our Coffs Harbour office on a part-time 6-month contract.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing invoices, billing, payments and reconciliations
• Assisting with processing Home Care Package/Support at Home statements, including claims and reconciliations
• Supporting cash flow management and assisting with ad hoc finance duties
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records
• Collaborating with our National Finance team

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Aged Care experience would be great, especially an understanding of Home Care Packages/Support at Home
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Exceptional customer service skills and a flexible, solutions-focused attitude
