This is more than a back-office role. You’ll be a valued part of a passionate, growing team, working from our Coffs Harbour office on a part-time 6-month contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing invoices, billing, payments and reconciliations
- Assisting with processing Home Care Package/Support at Home statements, including claims and reconciliations
- Supporting cash flow management and assisting with ad hoc finance duties
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records
- Collaborating with our National Finance team
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Aged Care experience would be great, especially an understanding of Home Care Packages/Support at Home
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Exceptional customer service skills and a flexible, solutions-focused attitude
