About The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Care team in Dandenong South, helping us to create great customer experiences. Some of the key responsibilities are to:

• Provide a strong customer service experience by providing accurate product knowledge and effectively handling warranty claims
• Confidently talk to customers over phone and email; managing enquiries, service needs and complaints
• Learn a wide product range and become a technical expert in a specified field
• Use your exceptional communication skills to provide our customers and suppliers with the very best service.

Please note this position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
