Content Creator - Fitness & Wellness

Join a dynamic fitness and wellness brand as a social media content creator, playing a key role in shaping a premium visual identity for digital platforms. Based in Sydney, you will work on-site at a boutique Far Infrared yoga and fitness studio, capturing the energy of classes, instructors, and the unique studio ambiance. Your creative input will help define the brand’s direction, ensuring all content aligns with a consistent, wellness-driven style. This ongoing monthly partnership offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing brand as it expands and franchises.

Deliverables

• Capture and produce 6–10 short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories) and 15–25 edited photos monthly
• Deliver 3–4 engaging stories per week and weekly Reels
• Develop a monthly content plan tailored to the brand’s expansion strategy
• Provide all raw footage and edited content with full perpetual usage rights
• Ensure content is template-ready for future studio locations
• Direct talent and instructors during on-site shoots to achieve authentic, high-quality results

Requirements

• Proven experience creating social media content for fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Strong skills in video production, editing, and storytelling for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Proficiency in photography and post-production editing
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content
• Comfortable directing talent and working collaboratively on set
• Based in Sydney with availability for regular on-site filming
• Creative, proactive, and able to contribute ideas for brand growth and engagement
• Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools is a plus
