The Opportunity
The Showcase Coordinator role is responsible for delivering an exceptional Genesis Showcase experience while providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team. This position ensures the showroom is maintained to the highest standard, warmly welcomes and assists all visitors, and manages key concierge functions including scheduling, lead allocation, and customer engagement.
The role also supports critical sales processes such as order management, logistics coordination, stock control, and vehicle registration. It also involves managing purchase orders, reviewing invoices, organising events, and overseeing the regional fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the entire showroom (front-of-house and back‑of‑house) is maintained to an exceptional standard. This includes tidiness, replenishment, and upkeep of the Genesis customer lounge.
- Welcome and engage all showcase visitors, providing a warm initial greeting and essential information (the “Son‑Nim Experience”).
- Maintain a strong understanding of all Genesis products, services, and brand standards to confidently assist customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to internet inquiries, and deal with leads promptly and professionally.
- Complete daily sales and delivery processes; update reports from SAP and other systems as directed by the sales manager or showcase principal.
- Coordinate regional stock control, and provide staff with updates on order status, progress, and location.
- Support vehicle delivery logistics, including managing customer deliveries, transport, and registrations.
- Manage and raise purchase orders including but not limited to valet dealers, suppliers, and write-backs.
- Review and approve regional invoices for supplier payments.
- Organise and maintain all delivery documentation in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Foster positive, professional relationships with Genesis colleagues, Aftersales teams, and Hyundai Head Office staff.
