The role
As a Senior Procurement Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering best practice procurement, tendering and contract management for the City of Ballarat.
Working across a diverse portfolio of high-value and complex procurements, you will partner with stakeholders to shape decisions, drive compliant processes, and achieve strong commercial and community outcomes. You will bring influence, judgement and expertise to each engagement, while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative procurement team.

About You
You bring extensive experience in procurement and contract management within local government or a similarly complex, regulated environment. You are known for establishing trusted, value-adding partnerships with stakeholders, and for leveraging these relationships to deliver strategic, efficient, and compliant tendering processes that achieve meaningful organisational outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative, experienced procurement team, contributing your expertise while supporting shared goals, continuous improvement, and consistent delivery of high-quality procurement practices.
