Plant/Weighbridge Operator - Quarries

Step into a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. As a key support to the Quarry team, you’ll combine your administrative expertise with operational involvement—keeping processes running smoothly, supporting site activities, and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

Your day will involve

• Managing Purchases: From office supplies to consumables – you’ll keep everything running smoothly.
• Weighbridge operations – Help out working in the weighbridge when required.
• Tracking & Processing: Keep track of receipts and ensure external labour is accurately processed.
• Onboarding New Talent: Get new hires up and running in no time with seamless inductions.
• Time Management: You’ll keep everyone on track by managing timesheets and closing out work orders like a pro.
• Maximo Mastery: Use Maximo to streamline workflows and make life easier for the whole team.
• Supporting the Quarry manager: Help with training plans and ensure the team stays on top of their game.
• PPE & Supplies: From ordering to supply management – you’ll keep everyone geared up and ready to go.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: You’re a pro when it comes to administration – bonus points if you’ve worked in the quarry or mining industry!
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Maximo or similar systems is a big advantage.
• Safety: First Attitude: You prioritize safety and quality above all else.
• Team Player: You’re self-driven but know when to collaborate with others to get the job done.
