Experienced Graduate or recently registered Architect

At DASH Architects, we do things a little differently. We are a nimble, multi-disciplinary boutique practice based in Adelaide, working across a diverse and vibrant mix of sectors—from premium residential and community recreation precincts to complex public architecture and award-winning heritage conservation.

We don't believe in siloing our team. Because of our scale and collaborative studio environment, everyone here gets their hands dirty across the entire lifecycle of a project—from the first conceptual sketch right through to site delivery.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Experienced Graduate or a Recently Registered Architect to join our team.

Whether you are looking for a structured path toward registration or you’ve recently ticked that milestone off and want a practice that will give you true project ownership, we want to support your next step. You’ll work directly alongside our Directors, gaining incredible exposure to client management, complex design problem-solving, and on-site delivery.

What we are looking for

• A Master of Architecture (or equivalent).
• 3 to 6+ years of post-graduate experience within an Australian practice framework.
• Strong technical documentation skills and proficiency in project delivery (Revit/ArchiCAD capability valued).
• A genuine interest in contextual design—understanding how to sensitively insert modern architecture alongside or within heritage fabric.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to communicate with clients, consultants, and builders.
