We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Team Lead - ServiceNow Engineer who can lead the technical team.

Qualifications

  • Servicenow technical team lead background
  • ServiceNow platform experience
  • Experience leading a team
  • ITSM modules - Incident, Change, Problem experience
  • GRC / IRM experience
  • ServiceNow engineering, scripting, workflows, integrations & platform customisation experience
  • Experience in enterprise scale environments and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong end to end ServiceNow engineering capability
  • Enterprise transformation experience
  • ServiceNow Certification would be an advantage
  • Enterprise delivery experience and strong platform knowledge
