Seeking an experienced, Diploma qualified Educator to join our team in Maryborough.
St Mary’s Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), located on the beautiful grounds of St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, is looking for passionate and dedicated educators to join our dynamic team.
We are particularly seeking a Diploma qualified, experienced Educator ready to step confidently into
Responsible Person (RP) leadership roles. This is a key position supporting the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality education and care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Our service, established in 2017, cares for up to 45 children in a well-equipped OSHC space, with access to the school hall and oval. We work in close partnership with the school and parish communities to deliver a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where school-aged children can thrive.

- Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) is required
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Strong oral and written communication within the workplace
- Completed Child Safety Training
