We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to take ownership of our ITOM and CMDB capability, while working in detail, designing, configuring, troubleshooting and improving ITOM across complex, cloud‑heavy environments.

Qualifications

ServiceNow ITOM Engineer experience
Experience working in the ServiceNow platform, with a clear focus on ITOM
Experience across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management
Experience in infrastructure & cloud environments- Windows, Linux, networking, AWS/GCP
Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, MID Servers and integrations
Experience in design, configuration and support ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB
Experience in CMDB data quality, accuracy and governance
Experience diagnosing and resolving discovery, integration and data issues
Experience configuring and managing MID Servers, integrations, workflows and automation
