Looking for a role that combines research, consulting, customer experience and technology?
We’re partnering with a growing specialist consultancy that helps organisations better understand their customers, employees and markets through research, insights and experience management programs.
They’re looking for a Market Research & CX Consultant to join their Sydney team.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll work directly with organisations to design research programs, manage delivery, analyse findings and turn data into actionable recommendations.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Designing and delivering quantitative and qualitative research programs
- Developing surveys and questionnaires
- Analysing data and producing insight-led recommendations
- Creating dashboards and reporting solutions
- Supporting clients to maximise value from their experience management programs
- Managing projects from planning through to delivery
- Working with modern research, analytics and AI-enabled tools
What we’re looking for
- 2-6 years’ experience in market research, customer insights, CX or experience management
- Strong quantitative research skills
- Experience designing surveys and reporting findings
- Confidence engaging with clients and presenting insights
- Exposure to similar research platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and project management skills
