- Work with blue chip clients
- WFH / Hybrid flexibility / Perth based
- Optional office: Level 23, 108 St Georges Terrace
- Full time or part time available
What you will be doing
- Drafting wills, EPAs, EPGs, trust deeds & estate planning docs
- Advising on succession, asset protection & inter-generational wealth transfer
- Acting as a trusted adviser to private clients, families & referrers
- Delivering bespoke estate planning for complex, unique family situations
- Working alongside renowned tax & trusts lawyers to broaden your expertise
We welcome candidates who bring the following skills:
- 2+ years PAE in wills, estates, trusts or related areas
- Strong communication, attention to detail and technical advisory skills
- Ability to manage files autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
- Excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen
- A desire to achieve high quality results for our clients
