Primary Objective: Hospital in the Home senior medical staff, provide clinical leadership, decision making and oversee clinical care to the Hospital in the Home service, ensuring the delivery of safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable and person centred care across home based, virtual and subacute environments. The role reports to the Director of Hospital in the Home Services and the Director of Medical Services within the Division of Integrated Care These roles will support innovative care closer to home, supporting medical, nursing, allied health and cultural workforce teams to deliver high quality, evidence based and culturally secure models of care that optimise patient flow, strengthen system integration, and advance NT Health’s Care Closer to Home strategy. Selection will be made at the RG, SC OR SRG level depending on the experience of the successful applicant.

Remuneration Package: RG4 - Remuneration Package $249,959 - $283,257 (including salary $213,380 - $242,013)
