The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Senior Project Leader to join our Brisbane studio.

As our Queensland healthcare portfolio continues to grow, we're seeking a strong project leader who can help deliver complex health projects while contributing to the ongoing development of the Brisbane studio. You'll work closely with clients, consultants and project teams to deliver projects from start to finish.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects, build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of our presence in Queensland.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of healthcare projects from design through to completion
• Managing project programs, deliverables and key client relationships
• Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, with a particular focus on building services integration
• Leading Revit documentation and technical delivery
• Managing project quality, compliance and risk
• Applying relevant codes, standards and healthcare planning requirements
• Supporting stakeholder engagement, workshops and presentations
• Mentoring and developing architects, graduates and students within the studio
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 5 years' post-graduate architectural experience
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality design outcomes within complex project environments
• Has demonstrated experience delivering healthcare projects
• Has strong services coordination experience and a sound understanding of building systems integration
• Is highly proficient in Revit and technical documentation
• Has experience leading project teams and coordinating services
• Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused

Registration as an Architect is highly regarded but not essential.
