IQ Group are looking to expand our consulting team and are seeking experienced Superannuation Administrators to support our clients within the Employer Services space.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong superannuation administration and operations experience who are RG146 compliant and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. With significant regulatory change underway, including the introduction of Payday Super, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical industry transformation initiatives and make a difference at our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support employer contribution processing and superannuation administration activities
  • Ensure compliance with superannuation regulations and employer obligations
  • Maintain RG146 compliance and apply regulatory knowledge across operational processes
  • Support employers and internal stakeholders with superannuation administration enquiries
  • Assist with implementation activities relating to Payday Super and other regulatory reforms
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
  • Support data validation, reconciliations, reporting, and administration controls
  • Work collaboratively across operations, administration, and client service teams
  • Contribute to change initiatives and business improvement programs within Employer Services

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in superannuation administration, employer services, or member operations
  • RG146 compliant (essential)
  • Strong understanding of superannuation contribution processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience working within superannuation administration platforms and operational environments
  • Exposure to employer servicing, contribution processing, reconciliations, and compliance activities
  • Understanding of Payday Super reforms highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and customer service skills
  • Experience within a consulting or client-facing environment highly regarded
