Your Impact
The National Retail Manager plays a critical role in driving sell-out performance across all retail partner channels in Australia through the leadership and development of a high-performing team of Retail Managers.
This role is instrumental in elevating retail execution, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring consistent delivery of Dior brand standards and exceptional client experience across all partner-operated points of sale.
Working in close partnership with Commercial, Marketing, Education and other key functions, the role ensures strong alignment between strategy and execution across the retail network.
Job responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a national team of Retail Managers to drive performance across retail partner environments.
- Build leadership capability within the Retail Management team, with a strong focus on coaching, performance management and commercial acumen.
- Drive sell-out performance across all retail partner channels, ensuring achievement of sales targets and productivity metrics.
- Identify performance opportunities across locations and implement targeted action plans through Retail Managers.
- Lead execution of key commercial moments, animations and product launches within retail partner environments.
- Ensure consistent execution of Dior brand standards across all points of sale, including client experience, selling techniques and visual merchandising.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with retail partner stakeholders to support performance and execution.
- Analyse retail performance data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities across the network.
- Partner closely with internal functions including Marketing, Education, HR and Merchandising to drive consistency and operational alignment.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Dior values and client-centric behaviours.

Profile
Experience
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in retail, with proven experience in multi-site retail leadership and driving performance across partner-operated environments.
- Strong experience leading and developing field teams within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated capability in performance management, coaching and retail execution excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management capability across internal and external partners.
- Experience operating within a matrix organisation and navigating multiple priorities/stakeholders.
