Join our Accounts Payable team playing a key role in supporting the smooth financial operations of the business. This opportunity is based at our Sunshine Coast office in Forest Glen and is ideal for individuals with prior Accounts Payable experience.

About The Position

This is a high-volume, fast-paced role suited to someone who can confidently manage their own accounts, work independently and support the smooth running of the team.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

  • Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Matching supplier dockets to corresponding invoices and ensuring supporting documentation is complete
  • Managing assigned supplier accounts, including reconciliations and follow-ups
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal project teams to resolve account queries
  • Identifying and investigating discrepancies
  • Assisting with general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.

About You

  • Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable or similar role
  • A solid understanding of accounts payable principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Viewpoint will be highly regarded
  • Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded
  • A current driver’s licence with reliable transport
