We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing Canberra team, managing a premium commercial portfolio for a major institutional client.

This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of two A grade CBD assets, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional performance, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing tenant experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the portfolio, ensuring optimal asset performance
• Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
• Manage all leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentation
• Prepare insightful monthly reports for property owners
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payments, and arrears management
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless property and building services

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in commercial property management, ideally within premium assets
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations
• Sound financial acumen with excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant Certificate of Registration and knowledge of the local market
