Supply Chain Officer

Kinexus are seeking a motivated and capable Supply Chain Officer to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain or procurement professional who is ready to take ownership of day to day supply chain activities while developing their career within a dynamic and expanding business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient procurement, coordination and management of materials, suppliers and inventory required to support operations. While this is not currently a senior strategic Supply Chain Manager position, it offers a clear pathway for the right individual to grow into a more senior leadership role as the business continues to scale.

About The Role

As Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Monitoring supplier performance, quality and delivery outcomes
• Coordinating inventory and material requirements to support production and operational needs
• Identifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and processes
• Supporting contract and supplier management activities
• Ensuring procurement and supply chain activities comply with quality and regulatory requirements
• Working closely with the Operations Manager and broader business teams to support operational objectives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or logistics roles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A mature and professional approach to working within controlled quality environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A current AGSVA security clearance is highly desirable or;
• Australian citizen willing to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance

Experience within one or more of the following industries will be highly regarded:

• Defence
• Engineering
• Aerospace
• or other regulated quality-controlled industries

Due to the nature of the project's applicants MUST hold Australian Citizenship and be eligible for a security clearance.
