We currently have two exciting opportunities to join the Smith’s Snackfood Company as a Raw Materials Operator in both our Day shift &
Afternoon shift teams.
Overview
- Location: Regency Park
- Shift: Day (Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am to 12noon)
- Shift: Afternoon (Monday-Thursday 2:20pm to 10:20pm, Friday 12noon to 6:00pm)
- Afternoon shift will require training on DS for first 2 months
- Full Time
- Selection Process: Phone Conversation - Interview - Online Testing - Background and Pre Employment Medical Checks - Decision

Responsibilities
- 2+ years experience on Forklift operation (high reach and counterbalance)
- Order picking and wrapping, palletising, materials receivable/dispatch, warehouse and inventory management
- Review data collection and complete basic documentation for goods received in
- Basic Oil Tank Farm operations - unloading liquid and grain bulk carriers
- Conduct and participate in audits and inspections
- Cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
Qualifications
- Forklift licence with real-world work experience operating forklifts
- Computer literate
- Ability to prioritise and organise multiple work tasks in a safe and professional manner
- Strong communication skills with reading and numerical comprehension skills
