What You’ll Do
- Support the Licensing team by managing customer queries and administrative sales functions
- Respond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolution
- Liaise with internal Account Managers and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery
- Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions
- Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports
- Build trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a customer service, sales support, or licensing role within the IT industry
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively
- Attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems
- A team-focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Some knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is highly desirable
Essential Requirements
- Australian Citizenship (required due to client security and contractual obligations)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Certificate
- Tertiary qualifications desirable but not mandatory
