About The Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Estimator to join the Services Business Unit, supporting a broad portfolio of industrial, electrical, maintenance and infrastructure works across Queensland.

This role is responsible for preparing accurate and commercially sound estimates and proposals across multidisciplinary scopes, with a strong focus on electrical, mechanical and controls/automation projects. The position will also play a key role in developing pricing models for long-term service agreements and shutdown works.

Working closely with operations, project delivery and business development teams, you will contribute to tender strategy, identify value opportunities and ensure competitive submissions aligned with client requirements. This role would suit someone with a strong electrical background, ideally from a trade or industrial project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for industrial and infrastructure projects up to $10M
• Lead pricing activities across electrical scopes, including labour, materials, shutdowns and service works
• Develop labour models, resource plans and risk allowances for long-term service agreements

About You

• Demonstrated experience in estimating within industrial, infrastructure or maintenance environments
• Electrical trade background or strong experience delivering electrical projects would be highly regarded
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to interpret technical specifications and scopes
