A highly organised and proactive Project Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced site environment. You have a strong eye for detail, enjoy supporting teams across multiple functions, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly through efficient coordination and administration.

Your role will include

  • Coordinating rosters and managing travel arrangements via the site travel team
  • Providing administrative support across departments, including covering for other administrators as required
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems, including electronic document control
  • Collating and distributing weekly timesheets for payroll processing
  • Supporting project teams with data gathering, reporting, meeting minutes, and general coordination
  • Assisting with system maintenance and ensuring site data is accurate and up to date
  • Supporting senior management and responding to general queries across the project
  • Ensuring high accuracy in documentation through proofreading and quality checks
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a project or site-based environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Self-motivated, methodical, and proactive approach to completing tasks
  • Confidence representing the business when interacting with contractors, suppliers, and clients
