EA Lifecycle Administrator – Licensing | ACT

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise Agreements
- Partnering with Account Managers/Executives to resolve customer challenges
- Delivering responsive, high-quality customer service across calls, email & internal systems
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Contributing to process improvements and operational excellence
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a customer-focused or admin role (ICT environment highly regarded)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of IT products/solutions (highly regarded)
