About the role
We are looking for part time Personal Care Assistants to bring joy to our resident’s day. Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be:
- Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents preferences and strengths
- Applying person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residents
- Considering the residents individual needs, stage of life, development and strengths when engaging in support activities
Week 1
Thursday 0700-1515
Friday 14:00-21:00
Saturday 1600-2100
Week 2
Monday 0700-1330
Tuesday 0700-1515 and 1700-2200
Wednesday 1500-2215
About you
You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care. To be considered for these roles, you will need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Previous experience working in an aged care facility
- Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
