Gaming Manager | High Flyer Hotel

Base Salary $76,250 + Super + Bonus Scheme + Group wide discounts

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Located in Condell Park opposite Bankstown Airport, the High Flyer Hotel is a bustling, family-friendly venue and a cornerstone of the local community. We are a sports-lover’s paradise, featuring an outdoor 110” mega-screen, dedicated TAB facilities, and a lively atmosphere. Alongside our high-volume bistro serving quality pub classics, we host a wide range of private functions and offer modern on-site accommodation via Nightcap Hotels.

A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Manager

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA, RSG/RCG and ARCG as per state requirements
