This is a role for someone who loves partnering with leaders, thrives on building trust, and knows how to turn commercial complexity into brilliant people outcomes. You'll coach, influence and challenge leaders across Mimco and Politix — driving people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle with energy, credibility and a people-first mindset.

How You Will Contribute

  • Coach and influence retail leaders to shape high-impact people plans aligned to commercial priorities
  • Deliver people activities across performance, talent, succession, DEI, ER and org design
  • Use data and insight to drive improvements in engagement, retention and performance
  • Partner with CoEs (L&D, Reward, TA, ER) to co-create and embed fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Lead projects and initiatives that contribute to the broader Retail and People plan
  • Build leadership capability — so leaders get better at leading their people over time
  • Continuously improve our processes, policies, procedures and guides so we can keep up with the fast moving pace of retail

Capabilities We Value

  • Proven ability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience delivering proactive people solutions in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Strong ER capability and sound knowledge of employment legislation
  • Confidence to use data to shape decisions and make the case for change
  • A track record in talent management and succession across a retail or multi-site environment
  • A can do attitude, with curiosity and continuous improvement
  • Tertiary HR qualification preferred
