What you'll do

As a Team Experience Partner for Primary Connect, you’ll act as a trusted strategic ally to our senior support leadership team. You will drive forward impactful people initiatives and help our leaders navigate and solve complex challenges during an exciting period of transformation.

With a busy people agenda ahead, you will coach, advise, design, and deliver initiatives aimed at embedding change, enhancing team effectiveness, and supporting our mission to connect communities with the products they need and love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with senior support leaders, coaching and influencing key stakeholders to ensure the seamless rollout of major programs of work across our network.
  • Transformational Change: Act as a key enabler for our FY27 people agenda, helping teams navigate, embrace, and embed organisational change.
  • Leadership & Team Impact: Shape leadership effectiveness through targeted talent, succession, and team-dynamics initiatives that align with Woolworths Group’s Customer 1st strategy.
  • Culture & Engagement: Elevate and embed a strong team narrative, ensuring our support functions remain highly engaged, connected, and focused on safety and culture.
  • Talent Capability: Identify and prioritise key capabilities to create career experiences that help us find, grow, and retain exceptional talent across the business unit.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and insights to inform business leaders and the broader People team on progress toward goals, helping to celebrate wins or pivot strategy when needed.

  • Trusted Advisor: A natural ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders across interconnected business units.
