Primary Responsibility
We are seeking a Team Manager to join our Arndell Park site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a frontline team in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving daily operational performance, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high levels of customer service.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver performance targets
- Ensure safe and compliant operations, modelling best practice safety behaviours
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
- Drive productivity, accuracy, and service KPIs across your area
- Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational demands
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and inventory accuracy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational change programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
What Experience And Education You Need
Ideally, you are someone who has exceptional attention to detail and who prides themselves on being deadline oriented and can maintain a high level of productivity.
- Minimum 3 years of proven operational management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large teams.
- Knowledge of distribution operations.
- Strong people management skills.
- Cross-functional leadership with multiple teams.
- Experience in effective decision-making in a fast-moving business environment.
