About Our Client

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is critical in driving continuous improvement across safety, health, and environmental performance.
You Will
- Champion and embed a proactive site-wide safety culture
- Lead HSE systems, compliance, audits, and improvement initiatives
- Manage injury management and return-to-work programs
- Oversee environmental compliance, including regulatory requirements
- Partner with leadership to integrate HSE into all operational decisions
The Successful Applicant
You are a hands-on and influential HSE professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and can engage stakeholders at all levels.
You Will Bring
- 5+ years' experience in HSE within FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong expertise in injury management and workers compensation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A formal qualification in Work Health & Safety
