About The Role
This is a client facing role responsible for managing accounts and contributing to creative development across a range of formats and channels.
The role reports directly to the Darwin Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for allocated accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships
- Develop strategic plans and creative briefs aligned to client goals
- Contribute to creative development including concepting and oversight of design and content production
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, production, media, and digital teams
- Manage account financials including budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Support the Darwin Director with strategic planning and agency growth
Skills And Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience in account management within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency
- Strong creative development skills including brand and content concepting and direction
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Financial acumen with experience managing account budgets and profitability
- Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to client planning
- Familiarity with creative tools and processes, with the ability to contribute to creative development
- Understanding of current creative industry trends
