We're Hiring | Management Consulting (Change Management & HRT) Consultants ( Sydney & Melbourne)

The Talent practice at Accenture Australia is growing, and we're looking for experienced Change Management and HR Transformation consultants to join our team.

We partner with some of Australia's largest organisations to deliver complex, large-scale transformation programs across HR reinvention, Enterprise Operating Model, Talent & Workforce, Learning, Leadership Acceleration and Organisation Change and Experience.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience or interest in:

• Change Management

• HR Transformation

• Organisation Design & Operating Models

• Workforce Strategy & Future of Work

• Learning, Talent & Skills Transformation

• Business Transformation & Change Adoption

Previous consulting experience is preferred, but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in consulting, industry transformation, HR, organisational development, change management, workforce planning, talent, learning, or related fields who are looking to build their consulting career.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and develop your skills through challenging and meaningful transformation work.
