The opportunity
A rare chance to lead the management of one of Australia's largest premium industrial portfolios across NSW. You'll own the full management mandate for a major institutional client while leading a high-performing team.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic and operational management of a premium industrial portfolio
- Negotiate leases, renewals, rent reviews, and heads of agreement
- Manage budgets, outgoings reconciliations, and monthly client reporting
- Oversee capital works planning and Capex approvals
- Build strong tenant relationships and serve as the key escalation point
- Mentor and manage a Property Manager and Property Services Manager
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in commercial property, with at least 5 in industrial assets
- Solid financial acumen budgeting, accrual accounting, outgoings
- Proven people leader with institutional client management experience
Base Salary: $190k Inc Super
