The Role

A new opportunity is available for a Facilities Manager to work for a leading asset management organisation within industrial property.

You will manage an industrial based portfolio across Western Melbourne. This role will require travel and you will manage 10+ sites, whilst reporting into the Senior FM.

Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Manage all maintenance and services across the industrial portfolio
• Manage minor works, PPM’s and reactive works
• Conduct site inspections
• Manage subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
• Budget responsibility monitoring cost and performance

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Experience in facilities within industrial property
• Proven experience working within critical environments
• Strong technical knowledge
• Ability to build strong relationships with contractors and relevant stakeholders
