We are open to this role in a Full Time or Part Time 4 days per week capacity.
Some of your day to day includes:
Manage a varied caseload, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants to help reduce administrative workload
Apply your clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes and collaborate with employers and employees to deliver injury prevention initiatives and workplace education programs
Work closely with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals across a range of schemes, including workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, Comcare and DVA
Conduct a variety of assessments using your discipline-specific skills, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
Support individuals with injury or health conditions to achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes
Develop and implement tailored Return to Work plans

Qualifications
Our new team member will have:
- A qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Provisional (Psychologists) or Full Professional Registration with AHPRA, Full ESSA EP Accreditation or Full ASORC Membership
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
- Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- A desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiative and achieve results
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
- Energy and drive to grow our services
- A current drivers' license and access to their own vehicle
