ROLE PURPOSE

As part of the team, you’ll support customers and internal stakeholders across phone, live chat, and email, helping deliver effortless customer experiences every day.

This is a Monday to Friday, office-based role with a hybrid working arrangement, including one work-from-home day per week, as well as public holidays aligned to your respective state. No weekend shifts or late nights.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Day to day, that means:

  • Handling inbound enquiries across phone, live chat, and email
  • Solving problems — from order queries to product advice
  • Partnering with internal teams across operations, sales, and logistics
  • Working across multiple systems simultaneously (Salesforce, SAP, and Genesys — training provided)
  • Contributing to team KPIs and service standards that reflect our world-class NPS of 73%+

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Previous customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality — if you can connect with people and solve problems, we want to hear from you)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a natural ability to listen and adapt
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and channels at the same time
  • A genuine love of helping people and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and looking to build something long-term
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Genesys is preferred but not essential
