Registered Nurse - Residential Care

Ozcare has a casual opportunity available for Registered Nurses supporting our clients at our beautiful Southport Aged Care Facility, De Paul Villa.

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse you will be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Co-ordination of client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised Care Plan
• Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments
• Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants
• Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes

Role Requirements

• Be vaccinated against Influenza & have received at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
• (P) PAID NDIS Worker Clearance OR National Police Check (valid within the past 3 years)
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Current CPR Certificate (or ALS/BLS equivalent)
• Willingness to learn and develop AN-ACC knowledge
• Sound clinical knowledge
• Good computer & mobile device skills
