Underground Operator (Advanced Scaffolder)

• Full-Time | 7/7 even time roster | Short last shift!
• BIBO from Mackay or DIDO or Salary sacrifice flights
• Camp & meals supplied or Local Living Allowance: $75 per shift

About the opportunity

Mastermyne's long term project at Moranbah North is now seeking Advanced Scaffolders experienced to underground coal, however we will accept applications from advanced scaffolders new to mining . This project in the Moranbah region has a strong safety focus and is known for living out the behaviours that reflect our culture - The Mastermyne Way.

We are seeking applications for Advanced Scaffolders. You will work as an Operator within Secondary Support and Conveyors and when required provide Advanced Scaffolding support.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a focus on Secondary Support and Conveyor work preferred;
• High Risk Work Licence (minimum Advanced Rigger);
• Standard 11 Statement of Attainment;
• Current Section 4 Health Assessment Report;
• Valid Driver’s Licence;
• Signed copies of training transcripts and / or authorisations.
• Demonstrated ability to apply procedures for monitoring and managing risk (including actioning hazard and risk assessments)

Applications for inexperienced miners with Advanced Scaffolding licence will also be accepted.
