We’re after someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work. No experience is necessary, but you must have a good attitude, be punctual, and be prepared to work as part of a team.

The role will include learning all aspects of painting and decorating, including preparation, sanding, patching, masking, rolling, brushing, spraying, and general site clean-up.

You’ll be working on a variety of residential and commercial projects with experienced tradesmen who will help train and guide you.

Role Description

Role Description – Apprentice Painter

We are looking for an apprentice painter to join our team and learn all aspects of the painting and decorating trade.

The successful applicant will work alongside experienced painters on residential and commercial projects, assisting with surface preparation, sanding, patching, masking, priming, painting, rolling, brushing, spraying, and general site clean-up.

This role is suited to someone who is reliable, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn. No previous painting experience is required, but a good attitude and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

The apprentice will be expected to attend trade training as required, work safely on site, maintain tools and equipment, and take pride in producing quality work.

A driver’s licence is preferred but not essential.
