Group Sales Manager – OOH

$150K base + super + commissions – depending on experience

Our client is a rapidly expanding media and infrastructure business, operating a premium out-of-home network across key metropolitan and high-traffic environments. With significant investment behind them and ambitious growth plans both locally and internationally, they are building a best-in-class commercial team in Sydney.

We are seeking a well-connected agency-facing media sales professional to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening key relationships, and delivering innovative, multi-platform advertising solutions to both agency and direct clients.

Your Role

  • Build, lead and inspire a small sales team, delivering sustainable revenue growth through strong leadership, strategic execution and a culture of excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients
  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver compelling, insight-led sales presentations
  • Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Operate with pace and autonomy in a high-growth environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8+ years’ experience in media sales within the Sydney market
  • Strong agency relationships and a proven ability to win new business
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing and retaining staff
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
