What you will do

Analyse bid requirements and develop clear content strategies

Write, edit and refine client-focused bid responses

Collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders

Manage deadlines and competing priorities without compromising quality

Review content for accuracy, compliance and consistency

What you will bring

• Minimum 5+ years in bids/proposals
• Clear, transparent communication and a client first focus
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined work practices
• Proven resilience under pressure and tight timeframes
• A proactive, “can do” mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced Word (bid tools a bonus)
• Preferably with Tier 1 experience
