The Opportunity

Croft & Fisher is partnering with one of the world's pre-eminent international law firms to recruit a Senior Associate into its award-winning Band 1 Real Estate team in Brisbane. Our client is widely regarded as one of the best in the world and pays at the very top of the market.

You will work alongside industry-leading, highly ranked Partners and collaborate with teams across the firm's national Real Estate practice. From a mentoring perspective, this is an opportunity like no other!

The team acts for major local and overseas property developers, investors, government agencies and real estate funds on some of the most significant real estate deals in Australia.

You will work across all transaction types and projects — from single assets to multi-jurisdictional portfolio deals and urban regeneration projects — spanning all asset classes including commercial office, logistics, retail, build-to-rent, hotels & leisure, social and affordable housing, infrastructure and renewable energy.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrable experience in transactional real estate law from a reputable law firm
• Admission to practice law in Australia or New Zealand
• 5+ years of post-admission experience
• Excellent academic record
• A proactive team player with a positive outlook
