The Opportunity

• Deliver advanced skin and laser treatments within a medically-led environment

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and create personalised treatment plans

• Partner closely with Doctors, Cosmetic Nurses and Dermal Therapists to achieve outstanding patient outcomes

• Educate patients on skin health, treatment pathways and homecare solutions

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and visible results

• Contribute to patient retention, treatment compliance and product recommendations

• Work with industry-leading devices, premium skincare brands and advanced treatment technologies

• Be part of a collaborative, experienced and highly respected clinical team

• Uphold the clinic's luxury patient experience and five-star service standards

About You

• Qualified Dermal Therapist, Skin Therapist with advanced skin experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience within a skin, aesthetics, cosmetic or medical clinic environment

• Laser Safety Licence essential

• Experienced in advanced skin consultations and treatment planning

• Passionate about skin health, patient outcomes and evidence-based treatment approaches

• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, prescription pathways and homecare recommendations

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional, polished and passionate about delivering a premium patient experience

• Values-driven, ethical and committed to ongoing professional development
