About The Role

Join a collaborative DevOps team supporting the delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions. You will contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure while learning from experienced engineers. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern DevOps practices within a purpose-driven organisation.

What You'll Do

• Support the design, build, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment speed and reliability across engineering teams.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform and Ansible, helping reduce manual effort and increase consistency.
• Work with software and platform teams to embed DevOps practices into the development lifecycle, improving delivery outcomes.
• Assist with monitoring, observability, and incident resolution to improve system reliability and operational visibility.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
• Help maintain secure and scalable cloud environments that support development, testing, and production systems.

What You'll Bring

• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or JavaScript, applied to development or infrastructure tasks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, including core services like compute, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD, and version control platforms like Git.
• Understanding of containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Ability to apply DevOps principles in a team environment, contributing to automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Awareness of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace, used to maintain system performance.
